Order processing
Prints are made-to-order. Most orders begin printing within 1 business day of being placed. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery times (United States)
- Standard: 3–5 business days from ship date
- Larger prints (20×30 and 24×36) and framed pieces may add 1–2 business days for production
Shipping rates
Free shipping on every order within the United States. No minimums, no thresholds.
International
We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
The Deck
The Deck (pre-order) ships in Fall 2026. We'll email a tracking number the day yours leaves the press. The Deck ships separately from any prints in the same order.
Address changes
If you need to change a shipping address, email hello@thecardsknow.com within 4 hours of placing your order. Once a print enters production, the address can't be changed.
Lost or stuck shipments
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 7 business days, write us. We'll work with the carrier to locate it — or send a replacement if it's truly lost.
