Who we are
The Cards Know is a brand selling archival giclée tarot prints and (Fall 2026) a printed tarot deck. We're operated by Swell Brand Project. Site: shop.thecardsknow.com.
Orders
Placing an order creates a contract between you and us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, out-of-stock items). If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll get a full refund.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Prices can change without notice, but a price you saw at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
- Payment is collected at checkout via Shopify Payments (Stripe).
- Pre-orders (The Deck) are charged immediately to lock in your spot.
Products & descriptions
We try to represent every print accurately, but on-screen colors may differ slightly from the printed result depending on your monitor and lighting. Slight variations between print runs are normal and not a defect.
Intellectual property
All artwork, copy, and design on this site is the original work of The Cards Know / Swell Brand Project and is protected by copyright. Buying a print gives you the right to display it personally. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant you the right to reproduce it.
Fair use of the site
Don't scrape, crawl, or copy the site content for commercial use. Don't try to break the site. Don't impersonate us in communications. We can suspend access if you do.
Disclaimers
The Cards Know is a creative brand. The artwork and editorial content on this site are offered for personal reflection and decoration. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Tarot is a tradition, not a prediction service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updates.
